Linda Porreca
Chief Executive Officer
A business process improvement specialist and executive coach with over 25 years of professional management experience, 14 of these in Finance. During her career, she has created new innovative ways to automate and streamline business processes for large multi-site corporations and small independent businesses. An avid learner, she is a Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) as well as a Change Management Specialist (CMS).
In her various positions, she has developed internal business applications to streamline a multitude of different processes to ensure customer satisfaction, eliminate unnecessary redundancies, and improve costs. As a product manager, she has designed, rebuilt, and improved existing web-based SaaS and mobile applications while managing the entire project development lifecycle.
Linda has been a bookkeeper and back-office support provider for many years in various industries. She is an authorized federal tax return preparer. She has performed federal income tax filings for multiple companies and individuals with sole proprietorships and LLCs for more than 24 years.
She is a Certified Bookkeeper, a member of NACPB and AIPB, and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Phil Porreca
Chief Operating Officer
A technologist and entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience in management and technology positions. During his career he has been focused on the design and management of 24×7 Network Operations Centers supporting mission critical business systems with leading commercial and defense-oriented organizations including Titan Corporation, CBS Television, Great Western Bank, Unimed, and Sanwa Bank.
Phil has specialized in turn-around projects for IT departments, replacing their technology and revitalizing processes and procedures. In his various positions, he has developed and delivered software applications, managed engineering consulting and platform engineering services groups, and been the managing partner of technology services and cellular software startups.
As a Finance major from SDSU, prior to transitioning into the technology sector, Phil worked in the financial services sector and was involved in S&L bailouts, restructuring and asset sales. He has come full circle, returning to his background in finance.
In addition to running the day-to-day business, he leads our Business Advisory efforts. Through this service he helps many of our clients improve their overall performance through the creation of strategic action plans, and the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Ken Dela Cruz
Account Specialist
A lover of animals and avid cyclist, Ken has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. Ken has extensive experience as a Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor, and he is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
Ken has deep and wide-ranging experience in accounting, inventory, business performance analysis, internal control, asset control, billing, contract productivity audits, and cost-benefit analysis.
Ken has worked in various auditing and accounting roles with a portfolio of businesses including Retail, Manufacturing, & Telecom.
In his spare time Ken enjoys time with his family, reading science books and meeting new people.
Lourdes Espanto
Account Specialist
A self proclaimed tax code reader and lover of everything pertaining to tax, Lourdes has a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Accounting Technology.
Lourdes has extensive experience in accounting, excise tax preparation, budget forecasting, auditing, payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable management, cash projections, balance sheet reconciliations and financial review, financial analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
Lourdes has worked in various accounting roles with a portfolio of various businesses including: commercial banking, accounting and consulting firms, utility suppliers, restaurants, engineering, construction, and childcare centers.
In her spare time Lourdes enjoys reading tax laws, studying for her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Ab2 Certificate in U.S. Accounting and Bookkeeping
Nicole Holland
Client Support Specialist
A lover of all creatures great and small, Nicole has spent the last 10 years in the child care industry working with infants and small children.
Prior to working in child care, Nicole worked in various retail positions providing exceptional customer service.
New to the Finance industry, she is enjoying bringing her love of helping people in support of PRESAGE’s clients.
In her free time she loves spending time with family and running around with her two English Labs, Milo and Boomer.
